Delivery ans Shipping
1. Delivery to Office Park 2 – Free Delivery
Order your items conveniently to Office Park 2. You can pick up your new favorites at reception the next business day after placing your order. Deliveries are always made on Tuesdays and Thursdays. To ensure your order arrives on time, it should be placed no later than Monday at 12:00 PM (for Tuesday delivery) or Wednesday at 12:00 PM (for Thursday delivery). As soon as your package is ready for pickup, you will receive a brief confirmation email. We cover the shipping costs for you.
2. Direct delivery
Have your order delivered directly to your desired address. Shipping costs will be calculated according to the applicable rate.

IMPORTANT: Individual printing of the ordered goods can delay the delivery by 3-5 business days.

Enter your email address and you'll receive a delivery notification by email. After that, you have the following options:
Don't respond to the email? No worries – your package will be delivered. If no one is home, it will be left at the nearest parcel shop for you.
Want to change the delivery date or address? No problem – you can also select a parcel shop yourself where your package will be left.
With the tracking number you receive by email, you can track the shipping status of your order approximately 24 hours after shipment confirmation. This way, you'll always know where your package is. This only applies to deliveries to your preferred address. For deliveries to Office Park 2, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package is ready for pickup.
If your package hasn't arrived after one week, please contact us. We will investigate the whereabouts of your package and, if necessary, initiate a search. If required, the package will be reshipped.
If you're not there when your package arrives, there are two options:
A second delivery attempt by the courier
Notification that the package has been left at the nearest post office
Tip: Use the option to specify an alternative delivery address during the ordering process.
